Well, what a wonderful place! My first trip, and I will be back again. My favorite part.....no humidity! While most of my time was spent in meetings I did enjoy good meals and some time outside. Will have to return for a funn trip!

LOVE Colorado! Only visited some relatives there a few times, but was shocked that most homes don't even have A/C ! Beautiful summer weather!

I love it too! What a gorgeous place. I keep trying to talk a certain feline into going to visit a certain Funn.

Being a born and raised Coloradoan, I can relate. I grew up in Pueblo and it was considered hot by Colorado standards and we never had A/C. Great place to grow up and the mountains are fabulous but I still wouldn't trade SoWal for it.

We lived in Fort Collins and had a whole house fan. You could open windows in evening/night and pull the cooler(dry) air through the house. If it was too hot out to do that, we would open the basement door and pull cool air from the basement. LOVED the whole house fans! Wouldn't have minded staying in CO either.
