Construction clean on 3 bedroom TODAY

In desperate need of someone to come and do a construction clean on our rental. Tile was just finished being laid and a jack hammer had to be used in our children's bedrooms to take out the horrible tile job done a few days ago. The walls and ceilings need to be wiped, base boards, window sills, floors mopped a couple of times etc.

We've been waiting for this project to be done for weeks and can move our items into the home tonight once cleaned.

Landlord is paying for the cleaning, need a quote for approval.
