:rotfl::rotfl:mango you're hysterical! maybe the depths of your belly button is where all the missing socks from the dryer end up? :rotfl:

:lolabove: Yes socks, lint, food I drop on my self, you name it.

:rotfl: :rotfl: no wonder you "fit" right in with this SoWal vortex!

:lolabove: That's what MANgo calls my belly button. The vortex. One day he said he'll attempt bringing in an air tank and tools for cleanup and search.

AMEN SISTA!!!!!!!!!! Geez, heading further south every day.

I am praying they don't get lost in my belly button.

Does anyone remember that interview with Madonna way back in 1980-something when she was just getting famous? Where she said she could pick her bell button out of a line-up because it was so unique.

Quote: "I have the most perfect belly button. When I stick my fingers in it, I feel a nerve in the center of my body shoot up my spine." :yikes:

Or maybe she can gather enough lint there to create her new socks.

As odd as this is, my son had belly button surgery when he was just under one! He had the ugliest, reddest, knobbiest belly button that got irritated when he scooted on the floor. (kind of looked like Rudolph's nose sticking out of his belly!) But after surgery - he is now perfect! (well - aside from the fact that he is still of the male species... )

What kind of belly button surgery? For ugly ones? Now we have the "ugly belly button society" UGBA?? :violin: :D

:lolabove: :rotfl: :funn: These are some of the funniest comments on this thread I have read in a while.

It seems there are more types than innie and outie. The news story discussed the"slit" and some other names I cannot retrieve. Some people feel imperfect with the belly button they have, so medical science can make any kind you want.

On a serious note, I am sure there are people who have had health problems that would warrant such surgery. Just surprised anyone wants to go under the knife for a new belly button.:dunno:
