[B]NIGHTIME LANE CLOSURES[/B]

Drivers will encounter alternating lane closures on U.S. 331 across the Clyde B. Wells Bridge in Walton County Friday, [B][U]Aug. 28 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.[/U][/B] as crews place concrete for the new bridge. Flagmen will be on site to safely direct traffic through the work zone.

Large concrete pump trucks will be present on the bridge so drivers are encouraged to use extra caution when traveling through the work zone.

Drivers will also encounter alternating lane closures on State Road 20, between Roberts Drive and the Mid Bay Bridge Connector, in Okaloosa County Sunday, [B][U]Aug. 30 through Thursday, Sept. 3.  Lane restrictions will be in effect from 7:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. as crews apply final pavement markings.[/U][/B]

All planned construction activities are weather dependent and may be re-scheduled in the event of inclement weather.

Looks like traffic is backed up quite a ways on Hwy 331 North of the bridge.  My son had just complained about the tight turns because of the construction.
