My fiance and I are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apt/condo/townhouse off 30A in South Walton. We would love something off 30A in Rosemary Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Watercolors,Seaside, or any of the other beautiful towns located off 30A. We are looking for a minimum of a 6 month lease. We have no pets, and are hoping to keep the price at or below $1,000. I have stopped by many realtors and most of them don't do long term rentals. I have also checked numerous places online. We are looking for everything and anything. This website seems to have a lot of feedback from people around the area. We are very eager to move their and any help would be greatly appreciated!
