Do you need a roommate JAN-MAY?

Looking for a FURNISHED 3-4 month rental for the winter. I have no pets, am non-smoking and non-drinking but don't care if you do (smoking outside). I am a quiet, clean, respectful woman. I have references. I want something fun and funky on the beach or within a few blocks!​
