Dog Friendly Rental On/near 30a

I recently accepted a new job in the NW Florida area and I would love to find a place along 30A for my dog (lab mix) and I to call home for a few months (October through February). My budget is fairly flexible and I am open to any necessary pet down payments. I can supply references and anything else you may need prior to finalizing any agreements. I would like to find a furnished one or two bedroom unit/house, but I would also be interested in unfurnished and/or larger spaces if we can make it work within my budget. I'm hoping that my time frame falling in "down months" will help me out a bit with my search. I hope to hear from you soon.
