There is a dog with red shock collar ON HWY 98 approx. 2 miles west of Watersound Parkway. Blonde/tan in color, medium build, about 40 lbs maybe. Cars are stopped on the highway trying to capture this animal s it does not get hit. One of the men stopped said he saw The dog on the beach earlier and animal control was unable to capture the dog. One of the vehicles that is stopped is a Jack Daniels truck. She had a bag of treats and was attempting to coax the dog. I had to move on because I was blocking the road. If this is your pet you may want to contact animal control first thing tomorrow morning to see if someone has in fact captured her and turned her in to animal control.
