Let's say a prayer and keep our first responders in our thoughts. People are ignoring the flags and entering the water.

When there are double red flags, stay out of the water, YOU WILL DIE!

We are at Seaside. Had life guards, code officer, fire drive through the beach telling people to stay out of the water. At one point, a family who had a child playing at the edge getting water for sandcastle, told them people could only be on DRY sand. I thought that was very helpful. I thought about sitting a few feet from the water but it would be wet sand occasionally. Otherwise, everyone at Seaside, while we were out there til mid afternoon, stayed out of the water. Good job.
