Eden Gardens State Park PT Wedding security/coordinator

The Friends of Eden Gardens non-profit organization is looking to hire someone to work wedding events at Eden Gardens State Park. Details of the job are below.

• Part-time seasonal position, majority of hours during peak wedding seasons March-May, Sept-Dec.
• Number of hours vary based on weddings scheduled for the park, majority occur on Friday, Sat or Sun. Shifts typically run 10am-4pm. Would alternate days with one more employee.
• Responsible for maintaining spreadsheet of future weddings, dates, scheduling, etc…
• Responsible for ensuring all wedding parties abide by park rules/policies, ability to enforce stated rules.
• Will be primary wedding contact between wedding parties and The Friends of Eden Gardens.
• Represent Eden Gardens State Park and the Friends of Eden Gardens in a courteous and professional manner.
• Customer Service or event experience preferred
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license
• Other duties as assigned
• $25/hr no benefits.
