My segment airs this weekend and next weekend. We threw a suprise party for Tanika Ray. This weekend is the suprise and next weekend is how it al came together.

It was a true labor of love as I adore her.

It'll probably be at the end of the show- but everyone has to watch!:clap_1:

She's a corresondent and the weekend host. She's amazing! We used to dress her at Macy's, then she came back to the west coast and I get to work with her all the time!:clap_1:

Tamika is a very cute and cool gal on the "tabloid" show, Extra...where you find out important things like where Lohan goes shopping when she leaves rehab, details of Jennifer Aniston's nose job, who is Anna Nicole's baby daddy, what swag the overpaid stars get for free, etc.

Yep, Extra is the name of the show, extra extra read all about it, just a guess And it is a tabloid program like Entertainment Tonight, but I have no idea when it comes on here and we are satalite which makes it more difficult to find. But I will find it for the Kimmi!

So here's the long story short-

I work for a PR Agency with offices in NY, LA and Miami. When I graduated I was an assistant to one of the parters. They launched thier first entertaining book- www.feteaccompli.net in 04 when I was there. I got burned out and left and came back to launch their 3rd entertaining book Party Confidential www.partyconfidential.net. I do all press related shoots, ect for the book. Which is a lot of entertaining stories for print and TV. So Lara, my boss, is a special correspondent for Extra and she pitched the idea of throwing Tanika's party, using herself, Lara as the party planner if you will. So basically, I do parties and shoots for press on Lara and the book.

Now I'm moving into another department, but that's neither here nor their. Just working on special projects, event production, press and guest list. I.e. Mercedes Benz Oscar viewing party, MJ's bday party, Details mag party, ect.

So that's the shortish version.
