Family moving back, looking for rental!

My husband, daughter and I will be moving back to Santa Rosa Beach in February and are looking for a long term rental. I know I am beginning my search a little early but we are just so excited and I am such a planner, so I wanted to go ahead and put the word out.

We are looking for a 3-4 bedroom house in Santa Rosa Beach and hope to find one for $1,500 or below. We are also open to trade any handy work or remodeling that may be needed on a rental for a reduced rent as my father is a contractor and is willing to help. We hope to find something that will be available anytime in Feb. or starting March 1st at the latest because of my husbands job. We need something that is pet friendly and prefer a fenced in yard or a place that we could put up a fence ourselves. We have 2 sweet med. size dogs, a springer spaniel and a english setter, that live outside during the day and sleep in crates inside at night.

I grew up in the area and my husband and I have rented from a few well known locals and that would be glad to give reference for ourselves and for our dogs. We treat our rental homes as if they were our own.
