Family of 4 + 2 Pugs- relocating for work to Blue Mountain Beach. Around March 15th

We are a family of 4, have two pugs... and we are relocating back to the 30A around March 15th, 2012.

#1 MUST HAVE: NO CATS IN HOME EVER! I am DEATHLY ALLERGIC!!!

Looking for a 2+ bedroom house, preferably (need a small yard area for dogs), 2+ bathrooms, 1000sq ft or more!
Also would prefer a garage.

Kids will be going to Butler Elementary School and we will be working in Blue Mountain Beach. We would like to be somewhere in between these two places. Of course as close to the beach as possible. Definitely south of the 98.

Looking to spend $800-$1400 a month. We have a great local referral (Drew Lundstrum 850-368-6406 or 850-837-3109) from the last house we rented in Santa Rosa Beach a year ago.
We do want something that is a 6 month or 12 month lease.

ALSO, if we can not find a rental in time, we would be open to the idea of a month to month rental while we continue our search for a home.
