putting aside for the moment the ludicrous roof palms, what is the deal with the exterior covering? It looks like the house was stuccoed and then wrapped in plastic or canvas?

Buyer beware!

The legitimate brokers that I know whom have been inside say it’s totally awful, layout is way inefficient and the “craftsmanship” is nonexistent.

All this awful stuff going on in 2020 and this may top it all for being unbelievable. I’m finding it hard to fathom how any re-agent would attach their name to it and him. The pictures are truly horrific even if unfinished.

It’s way ahead of its time!! In the future, all houses will come with masks!!

While we enter the new year, in hope of better times, we all still must pass this abomination every time we drive down 30a. I feel so sorry for the neighbors that have had to put up with this nightmare for years on end. For those that have not seen the interior, yes, that actually is astroturf on the ceiling.

Are you looking for a home that's literally made out of solid concrete? Have you always wanted palms trees on your roof? Start watching the foreclosure auction website at the county as your dreams will be coming along soon...

There's a thread on it somewhere.

About the foreclosure? I spent all of ten seconds looking for the old discussion.

Guess what, property is in foreclosure, which shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. There is a Motion for Summary Judgment pending on March 7th to grant the poor lender who was foolish enough to give this guy $2mm a foreclosure judgment. Then this poor lender has to find someone to unload this onto that wants, among other things, artificial grass on the walls

Artificial grass on the walls sounds like a handy way to scratch your back.

Fits the pattern. I'm not sure how many felonies are going on between bank fraud, conspiracy, money laundering ... ?

Actually it'll be auctioned off starting at the judgement amount. I don't think it'll go for the opening bid and then the mortgagor gets to unload a giant chunk of concrete. All of that assumes the current occupant doesn't hole up in it like an Afghan rebel.
