Full Time & Part Time Maintenance Tech at Benchmark Management

The primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to perform preventive and general maintenance on Benchmark homes and condos along 30A. Please email "angie@benchmark30a.com" if you're interested. Signing bonus available for full-time position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to day-to-day guest and owner maintenance requests and be able to make decisions quickly
- Complete work order assignments by using our maintenance app. Input and maintain accurate time, photos, descriptions, etc.
- Diagnose and repair general maintenance tasks including but not limited to drywall repairs, electrical, plumbing, Wi-Fi, HVAC, and general handyman skills
- Installation and general maintenance of PointCentral locks
- Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal laws and safety rules
- Other duties assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS
· Vacation rental experience or relevant experience preferred
· 2-3 years’ general maintenance experience
· Must have reliable transportation
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail and decision-making skills
· Ability to work independently or in a team environment and prioritize tasks
· Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required, Part time position is Saturday/Monday/Tuesday

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
