Khoury Vogt Architects is a boutique architecture and interior design firm located in the Florida panhandle along Route 30A that specializes in high-end custom residential homes and related civic and commercial projects.
We are currently seeking a furnishings coordinator who has the ability to collaborate with principals / project managers /clients to develop cohesive furniture packages, coordinate and manage purchases, deliveries, and tracking for multiple projects. The candidate needs to be a team player with strong organization and communication skills, experience with purchasing processes, and experience with project budgeting.
Education and Experience
- BFA in Interior Design
- CIDQ licensure is a plus
- 2-5 years of work experience in a design firm
- Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Professional experience utilizing 3D modeling software such as Sketchup and/or Revit is preferred
- Responsible and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with clients
- Skilled at multi-tasking and working towards multiple deadlines
