The General Manager of The Citizen oversees all aspects of restaurant operations and leads the team in a positive and approachable manner. He/she monitors the restaurant in its entirety, which includes managing reservations and seating, approving menu changes, and overseeing the hiring, training, and development of all staff. He/she monitors the service and performance of the team and is able to proactively anticipate guests’ needs, so as to ensure an exceptional experience. The General Manager is responsible for leading daily meetings and fostering an inclusive work environment.
