This is a request on behalf of Chuck Smith to develop 14 townhomes and infrastructure on 2.2 acres at the west corner of Gilmore Road and CR-395 in the Point Washington community.

The property is in a Mixed Use future land use area and a Traditional Neighborhood zoning district.

After some discussion and public comment, engineer Dylan Franks, representing the applicants, confirmed that there would be no problem with the townhomes complying with the 32-foot height limit for the Point Washington Neighborhood Plan. He also said they would be happy to coordinate with representatives of the neighborhood association for the Point Washington community to ensure that there would be no compatibility issues with the proposed development.

The one-month continuance was approved to allow time for this coordination and for the applicants to work through reviewer comments.
