Good road bike

Ok, we sold my Hummer Tactical Mountain Bike on Ebay. Too difficult for me to ride. Ended up pulling my hamstring in my right leg and it still gives me problems sometimes. I know this may sound crazy, but I am kind of looking at this bicycle shop at these Schwinn 10 speeds with the curled under handlebars. Been looking at a few nice looking ones on Ebay also, Schwinn and other brands also. My husband and I have our eyes on this pair of bikes called Bianchi Piaggio 10 speed road bikes. Anyone heard of this brand? Too me a 10 speed seemed so easy to ride. And with the hills in our neighborhood I need something easier. Am including a couple of pictures of the ones we are looking at! Just about have to have something with some gears to make the hills a little easier. The mountain bike was too much for me! Got any suggestions??? Thanks.

:rolling: The Riv-O is busted!!! :rolling:

I just got a bianchi RO - it's very nice. I've only been on it a few times and it was so hot and/or rainy. but the weather is suppose to cool down a tad this weekend. I'm getting out on the road...

For the sake of a mere .7 inches you've saved your new bike from being spirited away in the dead of the night...I'd have to pedal on tippy toes to make off with it. Damn!! :(

They had a "Junior" verson in the shop beside mine. I wanted to buy it for the littlest otter but I sobered up

I love biking. I have 2 hybrids, a Cannondale, in Sedona and a Bianchi that I keep in Grayton. Hybrids are a cross between the mountain bike and a road bike, but they are much more comfortable to ride than either of the others. I have a specialized mtn bike in Sedona but I never use it. You can get a really nice hybrid by Bianchi or Trek for under $400 and I am sure you will be very happy with either.
