Those North Dakota winters are just too hard on the guy. My Dad will be coming down from roughly just before Christmas through end of March. He is a retired man of humble living these days. If anyone has private and furnished living quarters they would be willing to rent out for roughly $500-$600 per month or less, to a great, very clean older gentleman who will fill his time mostly playing golf, watching sports on the tube, and visiting his Grandchildren, please let me, his son, know!
