Mr. Mclean, I also have seen this home, loverly, $800K, er, well, in a pig's eye. More like $799,000.

Will the Owner allow for escrowing the rent for three to six months at a time?

Is it this house still available? The house we are renting in Blue Mountain Beach is about to be sold and we will be moving soon. Small schnauzer ok? What is the offical rent? Is this house for sale as well as for rent and if so, how much time would a renter have if it did sell?
