So, have you had any takers on this room yet? I'm really interested, but I won't be able to move in until the later part of January. (My lease is not up until Jan. 31st, but I could start moving sooner than that) I have two dogs. A female boxer (2yrs) and a shih tzu (1yr)...they are both great dogs and very sweet. Do you have any animals yourself? Is there a fenced yard? Will there be any required deposits...HOA fees? How long of a lease are you wanting?
