Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company is looking to hire a full-time Guest Service Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests by greeting them; and ensuring stay exceeds expectations.
- Assist guests in the selection of appropriate accommodations.
- Support guests with their arrival and departure.
- Work with guests to resolve any issues. Include other departments, when necessary, to resolve issues.
- Answer questions about the area and services offered by Rosemary Beach.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and able to take after-hours call-outs.
- Strong sense of pride and responsibility.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
