Funny story. My DH left me a pretty generic card on the kitchen counter this morning. He didn't sign it with his name, just "Love You". So Jesse comes into my room this morning and says "Mom, can I use that card that dad gave you to give to Carley (girlfriend) because I forgot to get her one. Of course I said yes. Talk about "re-carding". I thought it was so funny!!!!!

Happy Valentine's Day! Full day before 9:00 am, even after staying up last night, being the impatient Supermom that I am! Made cookies for 7 year old's class, delivered a couple of special valentines, was supposed to pick up Sponsor check for race and attend race meeting at 9:00 and guess what! I got an offer on one of my listings. Presented offer, get ready to deliver, and I get an email saying offer #2 has been written (on a different property!) I'm not saying which properties (don't want to jinx) but YA'LL it's GRAYT getting offers!
Have a special VD dinner planned at home tonight!

ps: Rita, my son played with the fortune teller until it was time to go to school. He loves origami and now know all the KEY phrases on SoWal. He would have laughed at me trying to follow instructions!
