This is Harry the King Charles Spaniel. He attracted a lot of attention at the bar I was hanging out with him at. I am hoping to start training with him soon. Very mellow and he enjoyed all the fuss being made about him. Since his person was able to keep him in her arms for an extended period of time with out him fussing I suspect it will be unlikely he will have dominance issues. When you pick up a dog you are flexing your dominance over them.
