Personally, I grew up in Tampa, FL covered with sand from head to toe, and spent most of my early life with a snorkel in my mouth and my head under water... Oh well, lot's has changed. I've lived in California and Tennessee but my heart has never left the beach. Business I've dedicated my business to the coast and I've spent the past 5 years studying Coastal Resort Real Estate for local favorites like Alys Beach, and international corps like PlayGround and Intrawest (same thing).
