Glad you're with us. Wonder why 30A Rules thinks no one responds? He knocked it out of the park when he first started. Everyone welcomed him royally (66 replies).

I have to admit, he didn't get any play with:

"Cash Cab on Discovery Channel" and "Shakira Parody".

I'm married to "Gypsea", and she responds to all the really thoughtful posts. I just tend to lurk in the background until there is something fun to do. I really get a kick out of scaring away folks who mess with my SOWAL friends. And don't even mess with my FUNN friends. They always need someone to come to their rescue.

Hope to hear from you often SM (that's my shorthand for SwartzMom). And tell 30A Rules to stick with it. I promise I'll respond to his posts.

By the way, the weather and beach should be perfect for your trip. This is my favorite part of the year.

Glad to have you on board. Lucky you going to SoWal the first week of April. The restaurant thread gives lots of options so you can find something to your liking.

Welcome. Just got back from Cafe Spizza (sp?) in Seaside. They seated us in about 20 minutes (no problem there). BUT they seated us with a waitress that didn't want us to be seated in her section. Soooooooooo, took forever to get our drinks (I have 2 small children so not good there). Finally took our order, took forever to get our food. I ordered an appetizer that came on the tray with our kids food and GB's salad but she gave it to another table :idontno: . I orderd Fresh Catch Florentine..... came out Fresh Catch Portafino :idontno: . The food was very good and the waitress was a very nice lady but DAMMIT!!! nothing was right. We called her attention to the messed up appetizer never showing up and she had to go get the manager to take if off our bill. I never got mad or upset and still tipped her very well. BUT won't go back this trip.

We were going to Angelina's but at 6PM local time there was 100 people standing outside so we went on in to Seaside. Shoulda stuck with Angelinas :doh:

Yes, it's been brought!!! This is the same man that proposed to me with Jagermeister!! We actually named our dog after it! He does great "spirit fingers!" If you're in SoWal when we are, we need to meet up and do a shot of Jaager!!! :cool:
