In May 1994, Hibiscus Coffee & Guesthouse welcomed its first guests, and 2024 marks our 30th year in Grayton Beach. We may stand corrected, but to the best of our knowledge, we are the oldest business in town.
We want to thank you, our guests, for giving us this opportunity and making our journey possible. While we are planning some kind of celebration in May, the only thing we know for certain right now, is that we are going to do a time capsule. (Stay tuned on Facebook for updates)

Introducing Raw & Juicy
After 29 years, we have made the hard choice to pass the torch in the cafe and we are partnering with another longtime, local favorite, Raw & Juicy. Jenifer Kuntz and her team took over operation of the cafe during the Songwriters festival earlier this month.
Rest assured, breakfast will still be included with your stay and things will work much the same as they always have. So far, our guests are saying the food is awesome and it is our hope that Raw & Juicy will do an even better job than we did at giving our guests an unforgettable and enjoyable breakfast experience.
Wendy Mignot Fine Jewelry
We are also excited to welcome another longtime, local favorite, OG leather and pearl jewelry artist, Wendy Mignot. Wendy Mignot Fine Pearls & Leather Jewelry store will be taking over the Art Deco Room and setting up shop. Wendy and Jean-Noel have been doing a lot of work getting things ready, and they expect to be open for business by Feburary 10th.
