Both organizations have a long history of destroying animal at a rate of over 80% of confiscated animals. They have changed their policy within the last 2 years, but have a zero tolerance for my breed of choice(American Pit Bull Terrier). Give to the local shelter if you want to help animals. Plus it stays in our area.
