Home Builder looking for office help / QuickBooks

Local custom home builder looking for someone to join our team


Responsibilities:

-Must be proficient with QuickBooks

-Organize and maintain paper and digital files

-Handle accounts payable / receivable

-Help with the day to day administration work

-Interacting with clients, subcontractors, and ‘in house’ workers



Must be dependable, detail oriented, self motivated, have a sense of humor, and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Office experience is required, experience in the construction field is a plus.

Willing to train the right person as long as you have quickbooks experience.
