My roommate and I are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom home,condo, or apartment for a one year lease. We have a little cat who is very well behaved. My roommate and I are working in the Santa Rosa Beach area but we are looking for anywhere from Seagrove to Santa Rosa (Watercolor, Blue Mountain, Seaside, South Haven, Grayton, and any other neighborhoods in between). Top rent is $1600. My roommate is a long time local and I have been working in the area every summer for the past 3 years. We're both college graduates and are very responsible.
