Ok, we are looking again. Our landlord has decided to put the place we are in on the market and will only do month to month. We are interested in a long term lease, 1+ years. Husband and I have 3 kids and a college age who comes home periodically. What we would like: 3+ bedrooms (prefer 4 or more). 2+ baths Dog friendly Walton County - kids are in school here and we do not want to switch. Under $2,000/mo, not including utilities.
