I really like this unit.  They have never rented it and it is like Brand new.  Best price I have seen for a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit furnished.

You could buy a lot and build a new house on 30A for that price.

A lot in walking distance to the beach (less than a quarter mile) on 30A can be bought for around $200k if you look hard and fast.  However, those deals are being quickly bought up.

You can also build a  house to the new hurricane code for about $150 a sq. ft.  that will qualify for windstorm insurance deductions and be sturdier than most any thing else built before 2002.
