Has anyone bought house plans off the internet like houseplans.com and then sent to local engineer to have stamped been successful? I am trying to go the route of buying an existing plan for our lot instead of having a designer start from scratch, trying to save some cost and time-

Make sure you know what you are buying and have a good builder check them for you.
