House-sit, Maintenance upkeep for absentee owner in Santa Rosa Beach area.

I am looking to barter maintenance and house-sitting services for a home/condo that is currently on the market for sale(furnished) by an absentee owner. I am looking to exchange these services for rent, but am willing to pay untilities and electric. I do not need cable. I am a young professional in a transitional time and am looking for a place to move into and out of when needed from the owner.
