TS Delta now forecast to rapidly strengthen into a major hurricane as it moves into the Gulf overnight tomorrow. 

Impacts to the NE Gulf Coast are possible later this week.

Some parts of the Gulf are actually 4 degrees cooler than they were about a week ago because of that last cold front.
