:clap_1: Hello to everyone out there !!!
I do not know why this is so hard for me but it has taken me way too long to figure out how to even say hello .. :idontno:

....but, I am sure after a few tries on this thing I will figure it out......so, here I am Bridgette...

the Yoga & Pilates Instructor in Seagrove and I just want to get involved and say hello and see what you are talking about. All the tips on how to do this correctly is much appreciated......Any questions you have on Pilates or Yoga I am happy to help solve and would also love to introduce it to you if you are interested......I am also doing a study group on the book "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise Hay and would like to invite anyone who is a bit confused about this thing called Life. Now I am not trying to solicite ....... I am just trying to create a conversation......
I hope this is appropriate and it finds everyone enjoying this beautiful weather we are having......

Bridgette, to our world. I say that, because to some of us life just doesn't begin for us each day until we check in to see what all of our SoWal friends are up too. It makes some of us late to work.

I am new here too. I lurk most of the time; sometimes during the day,but usually late at night. By then I am so tired I can't string a thought together, let alone a sentence, but it is just funn to read the chatter. Wish I were in SoWal. My body could use some yoga. I am doing a hit-and-run for a week in November but have family obligations. I won't be there for a good vacation until March and April.......maybe then I can come to you classes.
