by a cohort.

A first for me and am still in shock, but it's so danged funny, it's ridiculous.

I've been applauded for kicking it right back! Strange Mercury Retrograde, indeed!

Such a nasty word but sometimes in the right company it just feels right! I tend to save it for hitting my thumb with a hammer or going over the falls on a big wave. I also find it coming up when I step in doggie do!

Nope, I've given up on trying to squelch it. I'm tired of trying to be a different person for everyone. I've started using it all the time, out in the open & I don't give a flying f*** who it offends anymore. It feels so good to just let it all out.

Try it. It's liberating.

I've been a fan of the F bomb since the 3rd grade when I called another kid a F Face-not my best use of the word but a nice start! Cursing is my special skill in life according to my hubby!

It's funn getting older, isn't it and you don't care about using certain words, phrases, etc. This poor gurl got backfired upon, however. Not by me, but the F Bomb gods!

I don't digg bullies and tend to stand up to them a tad. "Get the 'F' out of my office!" as a last resort because her intimidation tactics weren't working has brought me much laughter!

Everytime I tell a friend, I am crying I am laughing so hard!

ya'll are speaking my language.:floor: Johnrudy - that is just pucking hilarious.

and I can totally relate. even my holy roller mom (age 68) has learned the value of the eff word. her younger sister (age 61) plus some of her naughty friends have been teaching her well over the last several years. I'm told my extremely italian catholic grandmother loved the word dearly. and I believe it because I remember she constantly used every other curse word in the book - and she did not care who was there (priest, kids.. no matter).

Bob - you are sick.

Lynnie - are you serious? no one has ever dropped the f bomb on you before?

where are the other sowal wenches - I want to hear their take on all this.

well, since i've become addicted to Curb Your Enthusiasm on HBO, the f-word is flying every 20 - 30 seconds, in casual conversation. I told my husband,"why can't we go ahead and talk like this, all the time??" So I started letting it fly. I work at a church too. I say it softly & don't yell it like i do at home or everywhere else. Anyway, it's my favorite word now.

The FBomb is one of my most favorite-favorite tension relievers.
(and so much more economical than massages or facials).😀

Once upon a time when I was a waitress in a really nice restaurant (Bud and Alley's) hi dave , my favorite phrase for difficult diner(s)was....and it is said very, very fast,...."F__k you very much." They thought I said thank you and was in a hurry. Got to survive somehow.

If I had an alter-ego, Les Grossman would be it. Warning: prolific and creative use of f-bomb.

Why, I am shocked, shocked I say, that you all find it so easy for this word to roll off your tongues!:shock:😱:yikes:

:lie:

P.S. I seem to have no problem dropping the occasional "f" bomb.
