Hello,

I will post more in the next few days but I have 1 2 bedroom 2 bath 2 story home on the bay with large dock beautifully decorated (furnished) starting November 1st till May 1 pet friendly $1500 rent plus you pay utilities. Home is located on Joy Lane in Santa Rosa Beach

I have a 3 bedroom 2.5 condo in Seagrove beach (furnished or unfurnished) being re-painted this week to beautiful neutral colors. Small dog accepted only Water and Cable included for $1450 trying to be available starting September 1.

Security refundable deposits match the rent, pet deposit is non-refundable dependent on dog size and breed.

Hi Mary,
Would you be willing to negotiate rental price for unfurnished on the home in Seagrove? I have great references and Have been with my company 3+ years..

You can ask but the owner just went from $1650 down to $1450 and are having the place all re-painted right now. If you want to make a offer I can ask but I had one person ask for $1250 and she said absolutely not.
