that's the main reason we never have got one, i have thought about seeing if my pop wanted to go in on because he loves to fish and is getting ready to retire at the end of the year. the problem in our area is the lakes and things are too full, you can hardly water ski it is so crowded. plus weekends would be about the only time we could go and that is the worst.

You hit the nail on the head Donna. GB and I are going throught a great deal of changes which is why we are not on the boards much. We are both hard at it from morning till night. I feel that all we are doing right now will pay off big but we are exhausted.

Thanks, we are fine, just lots of action. The reason I'm home right now is the Realtor called and wants to show the house to the people that bought it. They haven't seen it yet. We thought they were coming Thrs but looks like today :bang: . Sooooooo we are cleaning up this weekend's mess :lol:

Im right there with you. We spend almost every weekend from April to November on our boat. Its on the market right now and I know Im going to do the same as you when it sells. I had a boat for so long I dont know what Im going to do without one. I guess I will get more done around the house.

Yes, we live in the "Grayton Beach" of Chattanooga and priced our house to sell. Before the sign even went up we had a contingent offer and 4 days after the sign went up we had a straight offer.

I sold the boat because last June I paid $29K for it and this May somebody offered me $34K for it. You just don't pass up those opportunities ;-) . Also we won't be able to boat till July because of our busy schedule :idontno:
