You all are too kind!!! Well today I decided not to wash it. It was cut late yesterday so I thought I could get away with it. My hair is naturally wavy but it will dry straight if I work with it and use a big round brush. She used a flat iron all over even in the back shorter area. So I don't know how much of a pain it's going to be. I'll find out tomorrow!

I love your hair - beautiful cut. I so wish I could wear mine this way but mine is sort of wavy and scraggly & does not lay or hang like yours. Love the way the back is slightly layered.Also love your Christmas tree and the soft lighting.

The back is my favorite part of the cut. Next time I may go a little shorter with a more pronouced angle. I had to ease into this;-)

Very interesting. I'm curious too, to see how much work it will be to reproduce the same look. I had a cut a few years back similar to this only quite a bit shorter in the back w/ a really long side bang. I LOVED it and got tons of comps, but it did take major work with straightening products, huge round brush, ironing, etc. And as soon as it got humid, it waved and totally ruined the "look." I finally had to switch to a different cut. But yours looks sharp!

Grayt haircut. Hmmm, I'm letting my hair grow out (It used to look like Taylor Hick's haircut and I think that's why I decided to let it grow out). Maybe that cut could be SoWal's signature haircut.
