Hi, I'm looking for a home to rent, fully furnished, or a roommate on Route 30-A to move into a great house with. Lease to begin around Feb 1st, 2011. Male or female roomate okay, or home for single person. I have a large, very sweet French dog who is almost 9 yrs old. Excellent demeanor; highly trained. Hypo-allergenic and does NOT shed. Flexible with lease starting date. I'm 35 yr old female MBA student. Outgoing and non-smoker. Very dependable. Great tenant. Tidy and organized, as well. I live in Grande Pointe currently.
