This permanent position plays a crucial role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked with delicious, handcrafted ice cream and candy, made using our signature recipes. [B]Key Responsibilities:[/B] [LIST] [*]Oversee and execute the production of ice cream and candy in Pecan Jacks' kitchen. [*]Manufacture and package all Pecan Jacks products, including: [*]Ice cream & pints [*]Pralines, brittles, caramel, toffee, chocolates [*]Waffle cones and other specialty items [*]Maintain proper inventory levels of both finished products and ingredients. [*]Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the kitchen.
