Why would you classify these as "On the fringe"? Each is an official venue.

Yes i meant on the fringes of the official venues. Lots of folks were lined up outside the fence at Gulf Place with their chairs and coolers just hanging out. I bet in years to come we'll see rentacops shooing them away.
