I'm trying not to. I figure on a nice piece of salmon, couscous on the side and salad or a veg. I'm going to cheat and buy a fruit tart. It's too hot and humid to cook.

Speaking of bbq, there was an article last week in our paper about Alabama bbq. It mentioned Tuscaloosa's Dreamland BBQ Ribs, and Golden Rule Bar-B-Que, Jim N' Nicks, Full Moon and Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Que. Any of you Bama gulls know these places? Any good?

I don't like Dreamland here in Huntsville. However I heard the one in Ttown is good. Whitey? Golden Rule - Excellant. Jim N' Nicks - Yuck. Never heard of Full Moon.. Big Bob Gibson - THE BEST!!!! They make the best White Bar B Que Sauce in the world. We eat it on everything. You can buy it at Kroger and Publix, Wally World does not sale it!!!!
