Johnrudy, I have pictures at home of my mom and I at PC Beach back when I was 4 years old. We had on matching bathing suits and matching sun hats. That was 42 years ago. Not near the development, wide open beaches.

Well, have to put my foot in my mouth about this one. Asked my mom about the picture. She says the picture of us was at Daytona Beach. But we did go to PC Beach when older, she said. Oh well! Didn't even remember going to Daytona Beach. But hey, I was only 4.

I always think about going over for shopping ,but never seem to have enough time during our vacation. Would like to learn more about shopping in the area. I go to Scavenger's and gidget's in Carillon near PC(west end).

I don't blame PCBRulez for not returning after only 2 posts! They're not stupid - - after reading the unkind posts from others that have very little of anything nice to say about PCB. Most Sowallers are genuinely welcoming, but some are not, sadly.

I'm sure PCBRulez has moved on where it's safer and more welcoming (read "tolerant & charitable").

It's embarrassing that "outsiders" can't ask questions (other threads, not this one) about PCB without being mocked or told to search elsewhere. It just seems sad to me. There are a lot of people on this board that know the area very well and are more than happy to help a fellow beach-goer out.
