That might be crossing the line. I can say that I have been known to go out to bars and not drink alcohol. Not everyone in a bar is drinking. I have no idea whether or not this guy was, but neither do you, full-time.

Well then you're no ordinary Joe, because the only people I know sitting at the bar after midnight without takin a few pops are those stoned to the bejesuses.

Well, I don't get stoned, and I never claimed to be ordinary. My point is that your assessment doesn't apply to everyone, and not knowing the person who was allegedly involved in the incident, we have no idea of whether he fit the bill of a "ordinary" bar patron.

I'm not trying to defend the person, nor the staff's alleged actions. Just stating that we are not all the same.

Sheriff will be in trouble

FIRSTHAND KNOWLEDGE- a complaint has been placed with the state attorney's office against our own branch of Walton County Sheriff's office with allegations of deliberate covering up of an incident, inappropriate use of threat and intimidation, civil rights violations, to name a few. They have victimized one of their own residents who is paying their salaries.......

Is this stemming from the incident in SeaSide where there was an aggravated battery and the police report was a "little late..." and the victim was also hospitalized? Just curious.:dunno:

Most definitely..the incident report was done more than 24 hours after the incident. The sheriff's office has assured the gentleman involved that there were absolutely no witnesses although the gentleman remembers being surrounded by people upon gaining consciousness.... the gentleman also has been unable to return to work due to a complete inability to process anything
