Located steps from the Emerald Coast along Highway 30A, Indaco is a modern Italian restaurant that spotlights fresh seafood, authentic wood-fired pizzas, and hand-crafted pastas with an atmosphere that complements the idyllic and bustling Alys Beach Town Center. Indaco is nestled alongside another Indigo Road property, O-Ku, which opened its doors in 2024

The culinary program is led by Executive Chef Dakota Watson, who brings a wealth of local knowledge to the team at Indaco. Guests can expect fresh seafood, authentic wood-fired pizzas, and hand-crafted pastas that showcase locally sourced, premium ingredients. The menu is comprised of Antipasti and Frutti Di Mare offerings like Polpette (meatballs) and Snapper Tartare, housemade pasta dishes like Corn and Crab Triangoli and Beef Bolognese Radiatori, wood-fired pizzas including a seasonal Peach pizza and a Clam pizza, in addition to entrees like the Pork Milanese and Certified Angus Beef Flat Iron Steak.
In addition, Indaco offers several soft serves like Vanilla Stracciatella and an Affogato, along with housemade desserts like the Butterscotch Budino and Corn Semifreddo. Indaco’s ingredient-driven menu is designed to welcome any occasion, from memorable family gatherings to the after-work date night. For guests interested in a fully curated experience, Indaco’s “For the Table” offering is priced at $65 per person and includes a chef’s choice, family-style three course meal.
At the bar, guests will find a mix of specialty cocktails like the Dollar Slice (Pizza-infused Gin, Basil, Vermouth, and Amaro) and the Pink Dunes (Tequila, Coconut Water, Strawberry Rhubarb Cordial, and Lime) and a dedicated spritz menu featuring the Indigo Spritz (Pasubio, Elderflower, Blueberry, Lime, and Sparkling Wine) and the About Time (Vodka, Strega, Olive, Thyme, Lemon, and Soda) in addition to a curated selection of wine and beer.
The Design
Indaco Alys Beach reflects the natural beauty of the Emerald Coast through a classic, coastal Italian design. Developed in collaboration with Powell, the space draws inspiration from the whitewashed architecture and walkable charm of Alys Beach, featuring a soft, neutral palette with handcrafted ceiling beams, warm wood flooring, porcelain light fixtures, and woven rattan accents that add texture and radiance to the dining room.
Handcrafted details are layered throughout the restaurant’s dining room and outdoor patio, reflecting Italian craftmanship and the restaurant’s surrounding coastal environment. Blue and white tiles, hand-painted by Red Rock Tile Works, line the walls, bringing stories of the Gulf to life. At the chef’s counter, deep indigo Italian tile provides a striking contrast against Indaco's airy interiors enriched with handmade shell tiles anchoring the design to convey a strong sense of place.

Indaco Alys Beach is open daily from 4-10pm Monday – Thursday, and 11am-10pm Friday – Sunday to accommodate brunch service, which will launch next Friday, July 10. Reservations are available on OpenTable.
