Small property management company with 15 properties seeking part time help primarily with inspecting properties after guests and cleaners and making sure they are ready for the next guests. Additional responsibilities may include but not be limited to running errands to accommodate guest needs, delivering supplies and doing off season inventory. Candidate must be flexible with their schedule as inspections are on an as needed basis when guests depart & arrive. Weekends are necessary. The busy season is from March - October. The position may be good for someone who does gig work although it could could turn into a more steady part time position with additional responsibilities for the right person if interested. All properties are in Blue Mountain Beach area. You must be organized, professional & have attention to detail!
