Hi all, Just looking for some input, we're thinking of buying in Alys Beach. We know the area well (been vacationing here for 15 years) and we're pretty positive we want to be in Alys. The question I have is whether we should work with an outside agent (outside of Alys) to bring in an offer. I figure if we come in without an agent we can shave 2.5% off the offer since we're working directly with the seller and we're saving them the buyer's commission. Any arguments as to why we [I]wouldn't[/I] want to do that?
